Seaton is a small rural village in Rutland, the smallest county in England. The village is located in the East Midlands, about 100 miles north of London, but close to many historical towns such as Uppingham, Oakham and Stamford, and within easy each of local cities such as Leicester, Peterborough and Cambridge. It is also just a stone's throw from Rutland Water and Eyebrook Reservoir which offer fantastic opportunities for walking, cycling, sailing, trout fishing and bird watching.
